About Liz

Liz Sullivan is a graduate of The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art with a BFA in Fine Art, and attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City for surface and pattern design. Her work has been shown in several galleries, including The Drawing Center in New York City and HallWalls in Buffalo, NY, and is in private collections around the U.S.

She has been a resident at The MacDowell Colony, The Ragdale Foundation, The Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, The Edna St. Vincent Millay Colony, and the summer artists program at Yale University.
​
Liz is an artist and Atlanta public schools certified art teacher for grades K-12 and taught art at Mary Lin Elementary School in Atlanta for 7 years. Little Art School Atlanta opened its doors in January 2023.
